in October 6th this year, i wanted to upload this song loop named "drum_n_bass_loop.mp4" (you can find this song on my youtube channel) and i also wanted to upload it on newgrounds of course. During me setting things up to publish it, i was forcefully transferred to a page of a message saying "Unfortunately, it looks like you may have infringed upon the work of the following artist(s): "Where Humans Fly", by Jpoc" as I listened to it, it sounded nothing similar to my song. So obviously I've made an apology and decided not to upload it on newgrounds. 2 days later I received a message (it was acually two messages). The first message said that my audio file was approved, but unfortunately I missed my chance to upload my song I wanted to upload. And there came the second message "Audio Ban Notification" and it read "You have been banned from submitting content to the audio portal. Reason: Stolen or otherwise unsuitable material." So to sum it up. I was strongly banned unfairly :|
